FAQs

Shalom Wildlife Sanctuary LLC

  • Do I need to reserve a golf cart?

Reservations for golf carts aren't necessary. We maintain a fleet of 60 carts that are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Can I bring in my own animal feed?

We kindly ask that visitors don't bring their own animal feed. Our sanctuary provides appropriate nutrition for all our animals to ensure their health and wellbeing.
  • Do you have bathrooms on-site?

Yes, we have ample restroom facilities. There are ADA accessible bathrooms at the zoo entrance, and portable toilets are stationed throughout the sanctuary grounds.
  • Is there food available on-site?

Indeed, we offer dining options. You'll find the Grizzly Grill near the zoo entrance, and the Little Tiger's snack area is conveniently located at the midpoint of your journey.
  • How long does it take to walk the zoo area?

A leisurely walk through our sanctuary typically takes between 2 to 3 hours. For those who prefer, we offer 3-hour golf cart rentals to enhance your experience.
  • How do I make food item donations?

We appreciate your generosity. Monetary donations can be made through our website's donation page. For food item donations, we have a drop box located at the zoo entrance that's accessible at any time.
